Our most comprehensive offering

creating a unique itinerary for you

Our itinerary design involves researching the best accommodations, restaurants, activities, and logistics for your trip, then crafting a detailed daily plan with our personal recommendations and insider tips.

With Japan welcoming a record number of visitors in the past few years — the best experiences tend to book up fast. Ideally, we recommend starting your planning 3-6 months ahead to secure the accommodations and activities you want. Early planning ensures you get the best travel experience Japan has to offer! (Decided on a last-minute trip? We can help with that too).

A Collaborative Process

Our goal is to make a meaningful Japan experience tailored to you! We draw inspiration from your interests and needs, guide you through options from our global partners and trusted local networks, share an initial working document to track progress and overview your trip, then weave personal touches into a seamless, tailored itinerary.

We are all about open communication and are available via email, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, or phone—whatever works best for you.

Final Itinerary Delivery

Your finalized itinerary is delivered as a live, shareable document, which includes:

  • Travel prep document including useful information for preparing for your trip to Japan

  • Flights and transfers

  • Accommodations

  • Activities, tours, and workshops

  • Dining recommendations and reservations

Design Fee

Our itinerary design service creates detailed, day-by-day plans tailored to your interests, pace, and priorities. Choose a full-trip itinerary for seamless planning, or select specific days for focused guidance while maintaining flexibility for independent exploration.

The service is $100 per day, covering our time, research, booking management and expertise. This non-refundable fee is confirmed upfront, and once we agree on the number of days, we'll invoice you through FORA with easy online payment.

We can accommodate short planning windows with an additional priority service fee.
