Welcome to www.yutorijapan.com (the "Site"), operated by Yutori, LLC ("Yutori," "we," "us"), Massachusetts, USA. By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. These terms cover the Site only. Our travel planning services are governed by our separate Terms & Conditions, which you receive and accept before any payment. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Site and our services.

2. Information on the Site. Descriptions of destinations, hotels, experiences, prices and availability are provided for general information and are subject to change without notice. Nothing on the Site is an offer or guarantee that a particular hotel, experience, price or date will be available for your trip. Blog posts reflect our opinions and experiences at the time of writing and are not travel, legal, medical or safety advice.

3. Inquiries and purchases. Sending an inquiry through the Site does not create a booking or a contract for services. Any purchase made through the Site, including payment of a planning fee, is governed by our Terms & Conditions, which you will be asked to accept at checkout.

4. Our content. The text, photographs, itineraries, logos, design and other content on the Site belong to Yutori or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, sell or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission. "Yutori" and the Yutori logo are trademarks of Yutori; other marks on the Site, including Fora and Virtuoso, belong to their owners and may not be used without their permission.

5. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, interferes with its operation, attempts to gain unauthorized access to it or its systems, or collects information about other users.

6. Third-party links and embedded content. The Site links to and embeds content from third parties, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Fora Travel, Virtuoso and travel suppliers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

7. Reviews and submissions. If you send us a testimonial, photo or other content and give us permission to use it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Site and in our marketing, and you confirm you have the right to grant that license. You may withdraw permission at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or free of errors or viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yutori is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. Nothing in these Terms of Use limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA. Any dispute relating to the Site that is not resolved informally shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
