    As FORA-certified advisors, we are licensed to handle all the bookings—hotels, tours, transfers, and unique workshops—making your journey seamless from start to finish.

    • Day-by-day itinerary planning – complete trip outline with destinations and activities

    • Accommodation curation & booking – from boutique hotels to traditional ryokans

    • Dining recommendations & reservations – tailored to your tastes and budget

    • Activities, tours & workshops – sourced, planned, and booked on your behalf

    • Transfers & tickets – smooth connections, transport passes, and entry tickets arranged (ticket procurement fees may apply)

    • Pre-departure travel guide – apps, packing tips, cultural do’s & don’ts

    • Travel insurance booking – guidance and setup if desired

    • On-the-ground support – WhatsApp or email assistance throughout your trip

    • Digital itinerary – mobile-friendly access to all your trip details

Accomodation Curation & booking

Japan-wide expert accommodation consulting and booking service.

  • Choosing the right place to stay is the foundation of any great trip. Yutori sources accommodations that suit your style, budget, and itinerary—from traditional ryokans and boutique hotels to luxury properties, modern design stays, and vacation rentals.

    Using our local expertise and FORA-certified booking access, we secure the best accommodations with available perks and handle all booking management, ensuring your stay in Japan is seamless.

  • We provide a preliminary proposal with at least three carefully selected accommodation options per destination, tailored to your preferences and travel style. 

    Each option considers value, comfort, and convenience.

    Your finalized plan is delivered as a live, interactive itinerary with all booking details clearly listed,  and any changes updated in real time, in an easy-to-read, shareable format, making multi-destination trips simple to navigate and stay organized. 

  • Our accommodation curation service requires a $100 fee per destination, which covers our research time, local expertise, time spent on managing bookings, and access to Japan's best properties. You'll receive a tailored selection of options perfectly suited to your travel style and budget.

We offer private guided tours in Tokyo and surrounding areas, plus access to an extensive network of brilliant guides and tours across Japan.

  • Our walking tours are a reflection of Yutori’s travel philosophy— immersive, relaxed, intentional, and genuinely local!

    Whether you join us for a half-day or full-day experience, each tour is thoughtfully crafted to move at your pace and follow your curiosity.

    Our personal guides fully bilingual/bicultural and are based in Tokyo and surrounding areas. We are also able to connect you with the best guides and tour partners around Japan.

    • Yutori’s private walking tours in Tokyo (half-day or full-day)

    • Full-day guided day trips from Tokyo (e.g. Kamakura, Nikko, Hakone)

    • Tour and experience bookings across Japan with our network of vetted guides and experts

  • Pricing

    • Half-Day Tour (4 hours): ¥45,000 / approx. $300 per group

    • Full-Day Tour (8 hours): ¥90,000 / approx. $600 per group

    • Tours with guides outside of Yutori: pricing varies per vendor

    Notes:

    • Pricing is per group (up to 4 guests). For larger groups, adjusted rates may apply.

    • Entry fees to museums, temples, and other sites, transportation costs, and the guide’s lunch (for full-day tours) are not included.
